Anastasia Koukiadaki completed her Bachelor's degree (BSc) in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, earning the title “Graduate Nutrition Technologist” from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Greece. She then pursued a Master's degree (MSc) in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics with a specialization in Clinical Dietetics at the European University Cyprus.
Anastasia completed her undergraduate internship at Venizeleio Hospital in Heraklion, Crete, and her postgraduate internship at Aretaeio and Apollonio Hospitals in Nicosia, Cyprus.
She worked in Heraklion, Crete as a dietitian - nutritionist from 2003 to 2008 in well-known aesthetic and slimming centers.
She also worked for one year at the Prefectural Administration of Chania in the Department of Food & Beverage Quality Control.
In 2011, she relocated to Cyprus where she continues to practice as a clinical dietitian, and since 2021, she has been a contracted provider with the General Healthcare System (GHS / ΓΕΣΥ).
Since 2003, she has attended numerous seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics to ensure her continuous professional development.
She is a registered and active member of the Cyprus Dietetic & Nutrition Association (CyDNA).
I am a qualified Clinical and Sports Nutritionist with international experience, currently running my own private consultancy in Aglantzia, Nicosia. My work focuses on personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual health needs and preferences, based on detailed assessments including body composition, BMI, metabolic age, and energy requirements.
